EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI WHATSAPP SEBAGAI MEDIA BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM MENGATASI MASALAH BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI SMK PERSADA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

This study aims to implement tutoring using WhatsApp media in overcoming learning problems faced by students. Tutoring is assistance given to students by counselors to help solve problems that are being faced by students. This type of research is action research. The research subjects were 16 students. Based on the results of the study, student learning problems from the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II after guidance using WhatsApp media. The condition of the average score of the level of student learning problems in the initial conditions was 82.75, there was a decrease in the first cycle, namely the average score of the student learning problem level of 53.6 and a decline again in the second cycle, namely the results of the average score of student learning problems. is 32.41. It can be concluded that the use of the whatsapp application as a media for counseling guidance is effective in overcoming the learning problems of class XI students at SMK Persada Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 academic year.
