Análisis jurisprudencial – "Cláusulas abusivas en el contrato de seguros"

Through this document the jurisprudential analysis of three (3) judicial decisions that were assigned by the Coordination of Specialization Insurance Law of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in order to deepen the themes addressed and the considerations will be developed by the respective judicial authorities to solve the respective cases. To achieve this, the guidelines given for the development of this analysis, which can be specified in be followed: identify argumentative chains failures, including instance, facing the legal problem raised by the case, investigate the position doctrinaire deal with the issue and define a critical position against them.
