Review on Human Resource Management

2020
Present research seeks to include a review of the human resources (HR) study conducted over previous 12 yrs in discipline-based and hospitality-specific publications and to highlight important themes and strategies to advance potential studies. The paper resembles the form of a comprehensive analysis of current research in the fields of general training and development and HR administration in hospitality. This also investigates the linkage among HR policy and company strategy. A comparison of the findings shows a significant degree of association throughout the themes as well as outcomes that have been produced to deadline. Even so, many hospitality researches have established a variety of variables that tend to be especially important to the labor-intensive, service-centered system. Therefore, context-specific considerations will be taken into consideration in attempts to improve knowledge of how the HR systems of hospitality will affect the broad variety of individuals and organizational outcomes. The results provide a basis for furthering future HR research in hospitality.
