Bioactividad de extracto de Annona muricata y aceites esenciales de Citrus aurantium contra Phytophthora cinnamomi

2016
The aim of this research was determining raised antifungal activity in vitro against P. cinnamomi essential oils of fresh sour orange leaves collected in the municipalities of Sincelejo, Sampues and La Union and dichloromethane extracts of dried leaves collected soursop in the municipalities of La Union and Sincelejo, Sucre department. Direct seeding method was used to determine the bioactivity of oils and extracts. Essential oil concentrations of 15 uL/mL, 17,5 uL/mL and 20 uL/mL were prepared and plant extracts concentrations of 0,05 g/mL, 0,07 g/mL, 0,1 g/mL and 0,5 g/mL were prepared. Finding that for all essential oils and extracts the concentration that showed similar results with the positive control (Agrifos) was 20 uL/mL and 0,5 g/mL respectively. With regard to the chromatographic profiles Sampues essential oils and La Union as major metabolite they showed the Linalool, while the collected Sincelejo Linalyl anthranilate showed. Plant extracts for soursop was the major metabolite Phytol. It is demonstrated that essential oils of bitter orange leaves and extracts of soursop leaves can be constituted as an agroecological alternative for the biocontrol of P. cinnamomi.
