It was shown that the largest amounts of the unmetabolized parent compound are present in the contents of the stomach and different intestinal segments as well as in the eyes and thymus. 4-N-acetylamino-2-phenoxyphenylmethane sulphonamide, the main biotransformation product of 4-amino-2-phenoxyphenylmethane sulphonamide, is localized chiefly in the eyes, thin intestine contents, Spleen, and heart.
