Getting your Act Together

Summary This paper briefly outlines 11 cases of pupils with special educational needs which have gone to judicial review. These are discussed in the light of recent developments in legislation and the implementation of the 1981 Act. This is an area of growing relevance to EP practice. Some implications for educational psychologists and psychological services are highlighted.
