The title compound, C6H5Br2N, lies on a mirror plane. In the crystal, mol­ecules are linked by Br⋯N and Br⋯Br inter­actions, forming zigzag chains along [010]. The chains are linked by offset π–π inter­actions [inter­centroid distance = 3.5451 (3) A], forming a three-dimensional framework.
