A method for distributing data identifying virtual user, wherein a distribution device stores identification data virtual user, the distribution device connected to a terminal device using a communication protocol near field being, and which method comprises : receipt by the dispensing device, based on the protocol of near field communication, an application for acquisition of data identifying virtual user sent by the terminal device, where the demand for data acquisition identification virtual user containing information service selection data identifying virtual user need be acquired, where the selection information service indicates a type of service that can be provided by the identification data of virtual user and the type of service is to least one of a rate of network comuni cation, an operator, a fee and a service area (step 101, step 201, step 301); determining, in accordance with the selection information service, data subscription relationship identification data virtual user that matches the service selection information (step 102, step 202, step 302); and sending, by the distribution device, data regarding subscription to the terminal device based on the protocol near field communication (step 103, step 203, step 303).
