Impact of Global Climate Change on Development of Natural Resources

2011
This paper analyzes impact of global change on water, biological and agricultural resources, indicating that global change affects quantity and spatial distribution of water resources. The precipitation will increase in south China, and decrease in north, which will aggravate unbalance of water resources spatial distribution in China further.Rapid climate change will accelerate extinction of species and make ecosystem much more fragile, promote terrestrial species migrate to polar region and mountainous areas.Climate change will also increase instability of agroecosystem, make distribution, structure change and increase cost of agricultural production. Therefore, global change will leave some impact on the quantity, spatial distribution, and development style of natural resources in future.
