The invention provides a radiation detector device, a method, and a data processing method and a processor, and relates to the technical field of radiation detecting. Wherein the radiation detector device comprises: a ray detector; a high speed analog-to-digital converter ADC connected with the radiation detector; and a data processor connected with the high-speed ADC; wherein a transmission x-ray is interaction with the high-speed ADC to obtain an optical signal, the ray detector converts the optical signal into an electrical signal. The high-speed ADC acquires waveform data by the electrical signal waveform sampling. According to the waveform data, the data processor determines the number of single photon signals, and then using an integral signal and / or a counting signal to form an image is determined. The device is capable of using single photon detection capability of a detector, based on the waveform data, to determine the number of signals of single photon, and then using integral signal and / or counting signal to form image is determined, thereby an imaging quality of measured object radiation detection is improved and a penetration index and a material resolution of a system is promoted.
