Driving electric machine for fuel battery vehicle and control system test platform

2006
This utility model discloses one motor and control system test platform for fuel cell automobiles. It includes water cooling system, tested motor control system, frequency converter, dynamometer and master control computer. The master control computer is connected to the frequency converter, water cooling system and tested motor control system respectively for collective control of tested motor. The frequency converter's mains output enters the tested motor via the tested motor control system and powers up the tested motor. The dynamometer and the frequency converter are bidirectionally connected so that the electric energies generated due to bidirectional connection of the dynamometer and the tested motor can be re-transmitted into the tested motor via the frequency converter. The frequency converter, water cooling system, dynamometer, tested motor control system and water cooling system are installed with a sensor respectively for collection of voltage, current and temperature signals. This utility model realizes the automation of test process through the collective control of the master control computer. Feedback power supply can substantially save energies and frequency converter can satisfy the requirements on tests upon high turning speed.
