Algebraic structures in the vicinity of pre-rough algebra and their logics II

The paper is a continuation of the type of research that has been initiated in our previous paper (Saha et al., 2014) [23]. Algebraic structures weaker than pre-rough algebra have been studied intending availability of an implication operation suitable for developing Hilbert type logic systems.
