PROPUESTA DE ICHNEUMÓNIDOS (Hymenoptera) PARA EL CONTROL BIOLÓGICO DE INSECTOS PLAGA EN MÉXICO

Ichneumonidae are agents for natural and biological control of arthropods in natural ecosystemsand in crops. Through a bibliographical review of scientific publications with the help of theAcademic Google and webofknowledge search engines, indicators were obtained fornatural and biological control of plague insects in Mexico with Ichneumonidae, inaddition to other aspects of their biology, and to fulfill the objective of proposingthe study and use of five species of Ichneumonidae for the biological control ofsome plagues of crops with economic importance in Mexico, highlighting theproposal of five relevant species.
