Ergonomic data testing method

The invention discloses an ergonomic data testing method. An ergonomic data testing system is used for testing ergonomic data of a subject and comprises an ergonomic data testing device, an upper processor as well as a data storage device, a parameter setting unit and a display unit which are connected with the upper processor. The ergonomic data of the subject are tested in the steps as follows: 1, inputting of an identity identification number; 2, reading and judgment of the identity identification number; 3, judgment of a key test project; 4, data testing and synchronous uploading; 5, data receiving and processing. The method is simple in procedure, reasonable in design, simple and convenient to implement and good in use effect, can be used for testing ergonomic data simply, conveniently and quickly, and can be used for determining the key test project of the test according to a test result obtained last time and marking a test result of the key test project.
