Zero-Sound Attenuation from Order-Parameter Fluctuations in LiquidHe3

We calculate the attenuation of zero sound due to fluctuations of the superfluid order parameter above T/sub c/. The results appear to account for the excess attenuation recently observed by Paulson and Wheatley.
