Method for enriching transcript from rna sample and use thereof

Provided in the present invention are a method for enriching a transcript from an RNA sample and the use thereof. The method for enriching a transcript from an RNA sample comprises the treatment of an RNA sample by using an enriching reagent for enriching transcript, wherein the enriching reagent has the activity of a 5'-monophosphate exonuclease, the transcript is an RNA molecule with a cap structure or a triphosphate group at its 5'-terminal. The use of this method can efficiently enrich the transcript.
