Spin-orbit and lattice coupling dynamics properties on enhanced Raman shift of perovskite films by resonance magnetic phase microscopy

The distinct Raman active phonon s in orthorhombic LSMO films heterojunctions were present by Raman spectr oscopy of 325 nm and 512nm laser by the spin orbit lattice dependence of frequency performances in scattering configurations. The resul ts show that high frequency mode structure and the perovskite symmetry phonon peaks is caused by anomalies tilt of Mn O 6 octahedron . The spin orbit transfer of d x2y2 orbits dynamics is based on crystal structure stabilized d 3z2 r 2 orbit. The dynamics energ y gain achieved by the ferro orbital ordering, strong crystal field , spin orbital competition a nd charge order of energy band splitting.
