The invention discloses a resistance-heating-assisted friction stir welding tool. The resistance-heating-assisted friction stir welding tool comprises a power chamber outer shell. A first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are sequentially arranged in the power chamber outer shell. The first supporting plate is provided with a main motor. The second supporting plate is provided with a dynamic torque sensor. A central shaft is connected with an inner shaft. The inner shaft is connected with a stirring head shaft shoulder. The central shaft is sleeved with a bearing. The bearing is located in a supporting chamber outer shell, and the supporting chamber outer shell is fixed to the second supporting plate. The second supporting plate is connected with a heating-assisting device outer shell, and a heating-assisting device used for heating the stirring head shaft shoulder is installed in the heating-assisting device outer shell. The heating-assisting device is equivalent to providing a new heat input for a welded workpiece, the welded metal is made to reach a viscoplastic state soon, the preheating time for the workpiece by a stirring head is greatly shortened, and meanwhile abrasion to the stirring head is relieved. The resistance-heating-assisted friction stir welding tool has important practical application meaning for friction stir welding of high-melting-point and high-hardness metal.
