The status quo and factors analysis of clinicians’ advanced study in Hebei Province Qu Yi＊, Gao

Through information retrieval, questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate the status of clinical physicians of three class hospitals of Hebei Province in 2011, we understood and analyzed the main factors influencing the physicians in the learning process, and improve advice and suggestions of the organization and management of refresher doctor. The results showed that 82. 1 percent physicians approved of the teaching program, teaching arrangement, learning materials, teaching methods, teaching teachers’ sense of responsibility, participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the opportunity, medical ethics, teachers training contents and practical needs. 92. 4 percent physicians represented that they could complete the study plan.
