Determination of toltrazuril and metabolite in chicken plasma by LC/MS

LC/MS was established to determine of toltrazuril and toltrazuril sulfone in chicken plasma.The plasma samples were mixed with acetonitrile,and spinned,then the supernatant was analysed by LC/MS.LC:C_(18) column,the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water(V∶V=55∶45).MS:electrospray ionization(ESI),second contacts the mass spectrum,negative ions analysis.Quantitative ion of toltrazuril was analysed with molecule ions peak.This method could analyse the change of toltrazuril and the metabolite accurately.The linear range of toltrazuril was 1500 ng·mL~(-1) and limit of detection was 0.5 ng·mL~(-1).This method is found to be more sensitive,credible and faster than HPLC.It can be used research of this kind of drugs in further.
