A Color Correction Method for Multi-view Video

The color variation may exist among different viewpoints in multi-view video system.A color correction method in RGB space is proposed.One of the multi-view videos acts as a conference video to correct the color distortion video.At first,the same time frame of the two videos is converted from YUV space to RGB space.Then the correction coefficients of r,g and b channels are computed.After the color of the three channels is corrected,the RGB data is converted back to YUV space.By repeating this processing,the distortion video can be corrected.Color correction will improve visual quality and encoding efficiency.Experimental results show that this method can get an ideal correction effect.
