Transformação dos espaços de sociabilidade à luz dos estatutos da Confraria das Almas de Santa Maria de Aveleda (1750-1914)

Founded in 1750, the Confraria das Almas de Santa Maria de Aveleda de Braga enabled its members, through its assistance and contemplative vocation, moments and places for sociability, which otherwise would not have been accessible to them. The transformations that its organization suffered throughout the centuries, due to political and social changes that were known, dictated the change of the sociability practices which were led by its members, renewing throughout the centuries the institutional framework of those social manifestations.
