Human Resource management consists of all activities oriented towards selecting, developing, motivating and maintaining human resources within the sports club in order to achieve maximum efficiency of its objectives and meeting employees’ needs. Therefore today’s sports clubs should put a greater emphasis on human resource management since any sports, management or administration activity relies significantly on human resources. Without being financially, emotionally and socially motivated, a sports club cannot achieve its objectives. Rezumat Managementul resurselor umane constă in ansamblul activităţilor orientate către asigurarea, dezvoltarea, motivarea si menţinerea resurselor umane in cadrul structurii sportive in vederea realizării cu eficienţă maximă a obiectivelor acesteia si satisfacerii nevoilor angajaţilor. Pentru realizarea acestora este nevoie ca structurile sportive de astăzi să pună accent pe managementul resurselor umane deoarece la baza oricărei activități, sportive, de conducere, gestionare, administrare stau resursele umane. Fără ca acestea să fie motivate financiar, emoțional și sociale structura sportivă nu poate realiza obiectivele structurii sportive.
