The systemic law is a method that uses specific techniques to stimulate peace and recognition between conflicting parties, with the aim of ultimately reaching a consensual solution. In this sense, the present study verifies the possibility of applying systemic law through its technique called family systemic constellation, as a way of resolving conflicts involving inventory and sharing of litigious assets. For that, it deals with the right of succession and the procedure of inventory and sharing, as well as the systemic law and the technique of the family constellation. Using the deductive method, through bibliographic research, it information about the correlation of systemic law and inheritance law and its applicability through Bert Hellinger's Systemic Laws. Finally, it was concluded that it is possible to use systemic law, through the family constellation technique to resolve conflicts in litigious inventories and shares, observing the Systemic Laws, which are: law of belonging, law of hierarchy and law of balance.
