One kind of transport properties measurement system comprising a measuring head and a measuring chamber, said measuring head comprising a sample stage, a probe station and a first electrode plate, the probe station located in said first sample stage and between the electrode disks, the measuring chamber having a second electrode plate, the first electrode plate and second electrode plate has an electrode one correspondence.
