The ratio, ρ, of the real to the imaginary part of the forward elastic scattering amplitude at TeV

We have measured ρ, the ratio of the real to the imaginary part of the forward elastic scattering amplitude, at  TeV. Our result is ρ=0.132±0.056; this can be combined with a previous measurement at the same energy to give ρ=0.135±0.044.
