Advancement in researches of interleukin-10 production

Interleukin-10(IL-10) is an important cytokine with various biological activity and immunoregulatory function.It is now known that IL-10 is produced by macrophages,dendritic cells,CI4+ Th cells,regulatory T cells,CD8 + Th cells,B cells,neutrophils and natural killer cells under infection.A series of mechanisms related to IL-10 production by a variety of immunocytes were reviewed in this paper.
