Study on Improving the Forming Technology of Qingre Tablets

Objective To solve the problems of sliver and friability disqualification of Qingre tablets. Methods To deploy mono-factor, to take mouth responding, tabletting information, hardness, disintegration grade as the reviewing index, and to review the dosage of CMC-Na, alcohol density, the matching of dextrin and starch, and adhesive material variety, etc. Results Dosage of CMC-Na control which was about 2% was appropriate, alcohol density adopting 60% was ideal, the matching of dextrin and starch control was about 13 : 5, and the best matching of dextrin, starch and CMC-Na control was about 13 : 5 : 2. Conclusion The experiment provides basis for the forming technology improvement of Qingre tablets.
