Este deber de conservacion se aplica tambien en el caso de los bienes historico-artisticos, con el anadido de que es necesario tambien proteger su valor cultural. La Iglesia catolica, en tanto que titular de bienes culturales, tiene el deber de conservarlos de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable, si bien en esta labor debe implicarse tambien la Administracion, que tiene la obligacion de colaborar con la Iglesia para esta finalidad. EnglishThe owner of any type of buildings and constructions has the legal duty of conservation them in the adequate conditions of security. This legal duty of conservation applies also in the case of cultural heritage, with the addition of the obligation of preserving their historical and cultural signification. The Catholic Church, as owner of cultural heritage, has the legal duty of conservation of this type of buildings and constructions in accordance to the legal framework, even though, Public Administration should be involved in this task and should collaborate with the church for accomplishing this legal obligation.
