The findings of a study called 'CEO performance and remuneration: a boardroom perspective' on boards' responsibilities in deciding CEO and senior management remuneration packages are discussed. They suggest that boards should be more involved in fixing appropriate CEO and senior management remuneration packages in relation to organisational performance.
