Comparison Between Two Signal Reconstruction Methods Using Non-uniform Data

Non-uniform signal that is often introduced by multichannel sampling seriously affects the processing performance of signal processors. In order to solve this problem, the uniform data should be reconstructed by using the non-uniformly sampled signal. Currently, two methods, i.e. spectrum weighting method and filter bank method, are usually exploited to reconstruct the signal. In this paper, we mainly compare the reconstruction performance of both widely used methods. Based on our simulations, both methods can successfully reconstruct the uniform signal. To some degree, the filter bank method is much more efficient than spectrum weighting method.
