Synthesis and neurotropic activity of condensed thieno[2,3e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidine derivatives

We report the development of methods for the preparation of new heterosystems – condensed pyrano[4″,3″:4′,5′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidines, [1,2,4]triazolo[3″,4″:6′,1']pyrimido[4',5':4,5]thieno[2,3]isoquinolones, and cyclopenta[4',5']pyrido[3',2':4,5]thieno[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo [4,3-c]pyrimidines. The anticonvulsive activity of these compounds was studied.
