The report documents year two efforts relating to the analysis, development, and implementation of the Missouri Department of Transportation Research Development and Technology automated research library system. Specific issues include collection development and distribution, copy and original cataloging and classification, and development of training for circulations and operations. Also included are funding and budget information, and recommendations and objectives for the year three project development plan.
