Analysis on Problems of Interpretation Teaching for English Majors and Reform Countermeasures

The paper makes an analysis of the problems concerned with interpretation teaching and proposes some practical countermeasures,including formulating the course syllabus,adjusting the teaching conception,teaching contents and teaching mode,utilizing computer and multi-media technology in classes and training proficient teachers with interpreting experiences as well.So the reform of interpretation course can be carried out in an all round manner and oriented to the market need in order to improve efficiency of teaching and learning and cultivate the English majors with interpreting competence.
