HARMLESS TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF WASTE DRILLING FLUID DURING CBM PRODUCTION

According to the analysis on composition, properties and harm of waste drilling fluid for CBM production, a harmless treatment method using high-efficient destabilization and coagulation technology is put forward. This paper analyzes the contamination of waste drilling fluid, and then optimizes the destabilizing and coagulating agent, discharge treatment agent and process conditions. Based on action mechanism of the agents, a harmless treatment technology and its optimization of waste drilling fluid have been obtained. Using this technology, the waste fluid with serious pollution can come up to the standard of GB8978-1996. It has the advantages of high efficiency, excellent effect and convenience.
