Establishment and optimization of AFLP technical system for Illicium

By taking 56 samples of Illicium species and Illicium verum Hook.f.varieties as testing materials,and using AFLP molecular markers technology,the species and varieties' genetic diversity were analyzed.The total DNA of the species and varieties were extracted adopting the improved CTAB,and the AFLP molecular markers system that is suitable for Illicium plants was established.Through applying the system to study Illicium plants,high quality total DNA and clear genetic markers map were obtained.The results provide technical support for studying molecular biology of Anise germplasm resources.
