Goles en césped artificial: más duradero y sostenible

espanolSe estima que en Europa hay instalados en la actualidad aproximadamente 25 millones de metros cuadrados de cesped artificial destinados a deportes de contacto (futbol, rugby, etc.), lo que generara al final de su ciclo de vida util alrededor de 400.000 toneladas de material considerado no peligroso que debera ser trasladado a vertederos controlados. El objetivo de este proyecto es, en primer lugar, velar por un incremento de la vida util de los campos de cesped artificial en condiciones optimas de uso para, una vez alcanzado el final de su ciclo de vida, reutilizar y/o revalorizar los materiales que componen este tipo de superficies deportivas, reduciendo al maximo la cantidad de material depositado en vertederos. EnglishCurrently there are installed approximately 25 millions of square meters of artificial turf for contact sports use in Europe (football, rugby, etc.). It means that at the end of their cycle of life 400.000 tones of non-dangerous materials will be placed in controlled landfills. The first aim of this project is to increase the useful life of artificial turf pitches in good conditions of use; and the second objective is to reuse and/or recycle the materials of artificial turf surfaces at the end of their cycle of life with the aim of reducing at maximum the quantity of materials placed on landfills.
