Measurement and Modeling of Wireless Propagation Characteristics Under Aerofoil Environment

This paper reports the measurements and analysis of propagation characters for some representative aerofoil environments' wireless channels at 4.3GHz, which is used in Wireless Avionics Intra-Communications(WAIC) systems. First of all, We obtained the received power from ANSYS Savant, then calculated the total path loss. Using a least-mean-square fit to model the mean path loss. The shadow fading $X_{\sigma}$ can be obtained from deviations.
