Der Beitrag stellt die technische Projektsteuerung am Beispiel der Fussgaengerbruecke vom Bahnhof Goeppingen zur Jahnstrasse als eine moegliche Organisationsform vor. Alternative Organisationsformen werden diskutiert, die Vor- und Nachteile herausgearbeitet und ein Ausblick mit einer entsprechenden Empfehlung geben. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The following contribution presents the project control of the project by the example of the footbridge from the station Goeppingen to the Jahnstrasse as a possible organization form. Alternative organization forms are discussed, the pro and cons are worked out and a view with an appropriate recommendation is given. (A)
