Morpholine-based substance P antagonists: assessment of the 3-point binding model

Abstract The carbon-linked morpholine analogues of the Substance P antagonist CP-99,994 were synthesised. The activities of the resulting compounds suggest that there is a specific interaction between the benzylic heteroatom of these antagonists and the NK 1 receptor.
