New Nf=2 pseudofermion action for Monte Carlo simulations of a lattice field theory with domain-wall fermions

We construct a novel ${N}_{f}=2$ pseudofermion action for Monte Carlo simulation of a lattice gauge theory with domain-wall fermions (DWF), which is applicable for all variants of DWF. This new action is particularly useful for the challenging simulations of lattice gauge theories with large ${N}_{f}=2n$ DWF, on the large lattices, and in the strong-coupling regime. For the $SU(3)$ lattice gauge theory on the $3{2}^{4}$ lattice with ${N}_{f}=10$ massless DWF and the Wilson plaquette gauge action at $6/{g}_{0}^{2}=5.70$, the efficiency ($\text{speed}\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}\text{acceptance rate}$) of the hybrid Monte Carlo simulation with the new action is about 1.2 times that of its counterpart with the traditional action.
