Silicon D-band wireless transceivers and applications

This paper reviews the performance of state-of-the art silicon transistors, circuit building blocks and radio transceivers operating in the 120–170 GHz range. A system architecture for potential application in chip-chip-chip communication at data rates exceeding 40+ Gb/s is also discussed.
