To solve the problems of low control accuracy, high defect rate and low degree of automation integration of solid tire curing system in a military industry enterprise the high accuracy solid tire curing system, which is based on the characteristics of nonlinear property, time-varying and pure hysteresis of control object in the solid tire curing process of pot-type vulcanization machine, is designed, The system selects TMS320F2812 as the main controller to devise, and the corresponding peripheral circuits. Besides the system also adopts the equivalent curing mode instead of the previous timing curing mode and designs adaptive Fuzzy PID control algorithm with smith proforma compensation combining the advantages of digital PID and fuzzy control theory and introducing smith predictor to dynamically compensate for it's dynamic performance. The practice showed that the control system can not only run steady, but also well meet the high accuracy control requirements to temperature. Besides, the system has the characters of low cost, easy to operate, and the economic benefit is greatly improved.
