System of electro-hydraulic brakes and dynamic control PROCESS

2011
The system comprising a high pressure accumulator (60) connected to the primary chamber (122) of the master cylinder (10) and to the input of ESP module (30) by a solenoid valve (70). The connection between the primary chamber (122) and the brake fluid reservoir (14) is equipped with a solenoid valve (50). A control circuit (40) controls the solenoid valve (50) of the reservoir (14) and the electrovalve (70) of the accumulator (60) according to the braking mode selected or imposed. The dynamic braking phase is divided into two steps, one with energy recovery by cutting the master cylinder (10) of the wheel brakes (FR1-4) until the deceleration with a threshold speed (VS) , the further step subsequently to the stop by connecting the primary chamber (122) only to the high-pressure accumulator (60) and the ESP module (30) to provide thereto pressurized brake fluid the accumulator (60) and supply the wheel brakes (FR1-4) for a mechanical brake.
