Research and development of power supply for high-frequency and high-voltage conversion based on 2SD315AI module

A new pattern of high-frequency and high-voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitator is developed in this paper.The main circuit of the power supply together with the control circuit and the driving circle is presented.Focus on the designing of the driving circuit which based on the 2SD315AI module.The system is consisted of rectification circuit,inverter circuit,high frequency transformer and high voltage rectification circuit.The control circuit is consisted of the main control chip,boost circuit,driving circuit and the fault feedback circuit.The experimental results show that the control and driving circuit can fit the power well.
