The utility model relates to a combined-flow artificial floating island water body purification device which is provided with an artificial floating island framework that is internally provided with a particle filling area (6); the particle filling area is internally filled with particle filler (6a) which is closely stacked and distributed in a dispersing way at the lower part of the artificial floating island framework; sparse filler (7a) with good flow-passing property is arranged in the space among spread particle filling areas (6c), so that a sparse filling area (7) with the flow rate being obviously higher than the permeating flow rate of the particle filling area is formed; and the particle filling area is distributed at the upper part of the artificial floating island framework in a way of a whole piece or divided pieces, so that an upper layer particle filling area (6b) which can be planted with humidogene emergent aquatic plants can be formed. Different kinds of filling areas are set by the device, so that combined flow having porous medium interstitial flow and space continuous water flow which can coexist is formed, and the water body can be fully purified through the actions of physics, chemistry, plant, microorganism and the like. When the combined-flow artificial floating island water body purification device is adopted for treating eutrophic surface water bodies such as river, lake and the like, the effect of removing nitrogen and phosphorus with high efficiency can be achieved.
