Single well pressure boost gas production device

A single-well pressurizing and gas exploiting device is applied in pressurizing and exploiting the natural gas in oil field. The present invention is characterized in that a compressor adopts a screw compressor; a gas engine is connected with the screw compressor through a clutch reducer; the air inlet of the screw compressor is connected with a gas exploiting well through a pipeline and the air outlet the screw compressor is connected with the entrance of a cooler through a pipeline; the exit of the cooler is connected with the entrance of an oil-water separator through a pipeline and the air outlet of the oil-water separator is connected with an air pipe network; the discharge channel of the oil-water separator is connected with the air inlet of the screw compressor through a pipeline; the shaft of the gas engine is provided with a belt pulley and a transmission belt is connected with the belt pulley of the transmission shaft of the cooler. The effect is to complete the automated continuous pressurizing and gas exploiting. In addition, the present invention also has the advantages of small size and small occupied area; the compressor has the advantages of large pressure ratio, no carbon coking, continuous air suction and exhaustion, stable operation, no air suction and exhaustion valves, less vulnerable parts, automatic lubrication, convenient maintenance and management, long no-fault runtime and unattended watch.
