THE IMPACT OF SUPPLY CHAIN INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE ON ORGANIZATIONAL

The paper aims to examine the impact of supply chain information infrastructure on the performance of organizations operating in Thailand within the range of the adaptability of technology by these firms. The study has adopted the quantitative approach where the data was gathered using a survey from 393 respondents, therefore, the source of data collection was primary. The study has adopted the SEM technique for the purpose of analyzing the data to determine the moderating effect. The findings of this research suggests that adaptability moderates significantly among the relationship of cost, training and development and lead process time with the organizational performance.
