The invention provides a ventilation device and an air conditioner comprising the ventilation device. The ventilation device comprises a shell, a reversing valve, an air suction sealed chamber, an air suction motor and an air inlet switch mechanism, wherein a ventilation chamber is formed in the shell; the reversing valve is provided with a first reversing valve opening, a second reversing valve opening and a third reversing valve opening; the first reversing valve opening and the second reversing valve opening are selectively communicated with the third reversing valve opening; the air suction sealed chamber is provided with an air outlet channel which is communicated the third reversing valve opening and a filter opening which is provided with a filter net; the air suction motor is provided with an air suction port and an air outlet; an air inlet which communicates the filter cavity and the ventilation chamber is also formed in the air suction sealed chamber; the air inlet switch mechanism comprises a guide rail, a sliding baffle which can close or open the air inlet, and a drive part which is connected with the sliding baffle through a connecting rod in a driving way. According to the ventilation device disclosed by the invention, the ventilation device can realize bidirectional ventilation and can realize a one-way filter function at the same time, so that unnecessary using states of the filter net are reduced, and the service life of the filter net is prolonged.
