On Enhancing the Quality of Accountants in Fire Forces

The poor quality of accountants with fire forces hinders the improvement of financial work of fire forces.This paper analyzes the current situation of accountants in fire forces,pointing out ways to improve the quality of accountants in fore forces in terms of raising the level of accountants,professional skills and professional values.
